Production Assembly Manager
SUMMARY Responsible for the production assembly operations and management of 20-30 people.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following for the production assembly of units or products which are highly complex and which may require ability to work with very close tolerances. The work cycle in these assembly operations is either long or completely non-repetitive, involving a wide variety of operations. Assembly operatoes must have a high degree of manipulative skill and be able to work from complex source documents with a minimum of supervision. They must have a thorough knowledge of the function of the items assembled and be able to determine the workability of the completed item. They may also perform troubleshooting and rework.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
10+ years experience hands on production management. Engeering degree desired but not required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Minimum Level C Math Testing
REASONING ABILITY Some Skills must be demonstrated in order to complete day-to-day operations
PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to lift 0-50-lbs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT A Fast-Paced work environment with acceptable environmental factors ie..air flow, heat, cooling, machine requirements and noise level. etc
